As to formats, I can tell you guys prefered to design your site on Macs, and use Macs. Sadly, like most of us, Bill Gates has somehow persuaded us to use the Windows system for PCs and laptops (check your site stats and you'll see the percentage of what people use to view your sites with - the OS and browsers etc, Microsoft are still way ahead - I remember suggesting to Amber many years ago to include WMV - and WMV is a great format, far better for users than Real Player which can be viewed on other players such as VLAN.
